  • Led a company-focused KR on user retention. Defined company's user segments that described their traits, goals, needs, and pain points. This segmentation is currently used as one of the main daily tools by all departments to make decisions, track accurate data, target correct users, etc.

  • Launched a brand new product and a referral program in 1.5 months with a team of 4 people. The product generated $80K within the first month with a CSAT of 89.

  • Successfully integrated the product and migrated referral program into Hostinger's main control panel to make it available to the whole user base.

  • Reduced Customer Support ticket count related to several referral programs by 23 p.p. in 3 months.

  • Hired designers, developers, and product associates to build the best team.
